Reiley Hyun | Voice

Reiley Hyun, Tenor, is a recent graduate with degrees in music and developmental psychology. His studies focused on vocal performance, with an emphasis on classical and CCM technique. He began his musical career at a young age here in the pacific northwest, learning piano and drum kit, but soon discovered his love for singing in jam sessions with friends and family.

Reiley has performed in operas, recitals, musicals, and concerts. He served as principal tenor for two professional choirs in the Tacoma area, and as musical director for multiple A Capella groups throughout his collegiate career. Well versed in multiple styles, his teaching focuses on the fundamentals of classical vocal technique and musicianship.

In his free time, Reiley enjoys composing and performing pop and folk music. When he isn’t in the studio, you might find him on a tennis court or caring for his two rats, Macey and Gribble. As a vocal instructor, he believes in a well-balanced diet of vocal skill development, and the development of fundamental aspects of musicianship to cultivate a lifelong passion for music.
